Our Process
What happens from the moment you call until the last machine leaves.
- 1
Call
A person answers, asks what happened and talks you through shutting off the water and power safely.
- 2
Extract
Standing water comes out first, with equipment matched to the flooring and the size of the loss.
- 3
Dry & measure
Dehumidifiers and air movers run while moisture readings are logged daily until materials are dry.
- 4
Document
Photos, moisture maps and equipment logs go to you, ready for your insurer and the rebuild.
1. The phone call
A person picks up, whatever the hour. We ask where the water is coming from, whether it is still running and whether anyone is at risk, then walk you through closing the main valve and switching off power to wet rooms. You get a realistic arrival window, not a guess.
2. Inspection and written quote
On site, the crew finds the source and maps the moisture with meters and thermal imaging. The water is classified as clean, grey or black, and you hear what can be dried in place, what has to come out and the estimated cost range. The written quote comes before any work starts.

Answered live around the clock. Crews sent anywhere in Gallatin and Sumner County.
3. Extraction and removal
Standing water is pulled out first. Materials that cannot be saved, such as carpet soaked by sewage or swollen particle board, are removed and photographed. Furniture and belongings are moved, blocked up or packed out.
4. Structural drying
Dehumidifiers and air movers are placed for the wet area and the materials involved, following IICRC S500 methods. Where walls are wet inside, baseboards are pulled or small holes drilled so the cavity dries without tearing out the whole wall.
5. Daily checks
Readings are taken every day from the same marked spots and the equipment is adjusted. Drying ends when the readings match unaffected materials in the same house, not when a set number of days has passed.
6. Records and handoff
You receive the photos, moisture logs and a record of the work. They are ready for your insurer and for whoever handles the rebuild.
